What We Do
Whether it is a small boutique floor or an entire office floor, our commercial fit out services in Dubai can transform the entire look and feel of the space. And make it aligned with your business theme. We transform basic spaces into something your business is meant for. We add features, raised flooring, ceilings, HVAC and other features that will make the layout customised and exude your brand identity.
Either way, there’s real work between what you’re handed and what you actually need to open for business. At Hundred Media, each commercial interior fit out Dubai project that we undertake begins with a walkthrough of the existing building. We will figure out what’s already there and what needs to be removed or built from scratch. It doesn’t matter if there has been a previous business before you rented it out, we come up with ideas that will save clients money later. Once the entire idea is fixed and the plan is set, our office fit out contractors in Dubai will come in and the work begins.
Needless to say, different commercial spaces need different space planning. Even when the square footage is the same. A same space can be converted into an office, a retail unit or a restaurant through proper interior fit out services in Dubai.
Office interior fit out in Dubai calls for experts who know how different kinds of offices can be planned. When planning the layout for offices, we have to think about desk density, cubicles, meeting rooms and how people actually move between departments during a normal day. For retail spaces, the layout has to be perfect otherwise a shopper is likely to lose interest and move on. Through our retail interior fit out Dubai services, we will first study your business needs before planning a layout and style.
Restaurant layouts are different. You have to think about commercial kitchens, extraction systems and space for restrooms, waiting areas, etc; these are something that you cannot add on later.
A fit-out might look good in photos but does it function properly? Our interior fit out company in Dubai creates interiors that perfectly reflect your brand. That’s why we spend time deliberately on the discussion and design stage. We will collaborate with you every step of the way so any problems that are likely to crop up will be dealt with, during the discussion stage. We build interiors that withstand the rigors of daily use, not just for the opening week. Our design will ensure that the finishes, materials, and layout actually say something about the brand occupying the space.
A well-designed space is usually a functional one too, once the layout’s been thought through properly. Our interior fit out services in Dubai offer the perfect blend of form and function, because a properly planned layout will deliver both in perfect tandem.
Our interior fit out services in Dubai cover the entire project scope from design to handover. The completion timeline will depend on the scope, and permits from the relevant authority or building management. Getting permits will need to be sorted before construction can start. Our team takes care of the space planning, design development, approvals, and construction parts and there will be specific teams doing each of these tasks.
Our commercial fit out services in Dubai take care of the MEP works, partitions, joinery, and final finishes and everything will be coordinated perfectly so nothing will be missed. We will keep you informed and updated every step of the way so you will know what is happening at each step. The design stage is also where you can suggest changes.
If your new space also needs exterior branding or wayfinding, our retail signage company in Dubai will take care of it. This is an added advantage because your storefront signage matches the interior we’ve just built.
We also provide solutions for retail clients who need a standalone kiosk or display unit as part of the fit-out – through our retail kiosk design and manufacturing work in Dubai.
