Everyone remembers an audio that croaks, and a video of grains and jars. But when the audio and video at your event runs smoothly, people might just forget the effort you’ve put into making it perfect. While we are not looking to praise ourselves at Hundred Media, we assure you that our services as an audio visual rental company in Dubai will be well worth it. No more worries about the mic that was cut out, the screen that was blank for the first two minutes of a keynote address and a video that lost the feed.
With our AV equipment rental in Dubai, you can host an event that runs smoothly without a break.
Different kinds of events have different kinds of AV systems. For example, a simple boardroom presentation and a five-hundred person product launch can have entirely different purposes, but what they both want is an AV system that works without a hitch. And that’s where our audio visual equipment rental Dubai services are going to save the day.
As an audio visual rental company in Dubai, we address the needs of businesses based on what their goal is. A smaller meeting typically needs a clear display, decent audio, and a microphone that modulates well. A larger event like a product launch needs line arrays, numerous screens, stage lighting, and enough backup planning. After all, one broken cable can cause the whole event to pause.
Our AV Equipment rental in Dubai will address all your AV needs while hosting an event, right from one projector to an entire production rig for a conference.
Working with AV equipment rental services in Dubai would be more convenient for clients because everything will be covered by a single vendor and you don’t have to depend on multiple vendors.
As sound is an important element at events, we have different sound system rental Dubai options that you can consider. You can consider the size of the hall, the purpose of the event and the audience size while choosing the audio systems.
The success of an event lies in the right AV gear you use. Both sound and video should be of the highest quality. So before getting the AV equipment rental in Dubai, we would like to know about the acoustics of the room, like high ceilings, concrete floors, etc. and the space we’re working in. Equipment will depend on space and not always the amount of people attending the event. This is because the same system in a hotel ballroom can ring out differently in a warehouse exhibition centre.
We can explain the different projector rental options in Dubai, based on where your event will be held and how many people you are expecting. We have lighting systems that can work in a small meeting room to a high-lumen projector that would be quite effective in a conference room’s artificial lighting.
Hundred Media is also an event management company in Dubai so if you are looking for professionals to plan your event, you can avail our services while ordering the AV equipment. This way you don’t have to depend on other vendors or contractors.
When considering the different options for LED wall rental for events in Dubai, it is important that the screen looks sharp from the first row audience to the last row audience. You cannot afford to have screens that get pixelated in the back rows. Through LED wall rental services, we will deliver the latest in screen technology. We can help you choose the right size for your screen. For example, when you are choosing a screen for an indoor application, the guests are likely to sit close to the screen, so small screens with 1.2mm to 2.9mm would be ideal. On the other hand, we would suggest larger screens for outdoor events and larger venues where the audience is further away from the screen.
Along with audio visual equipment rental in Dubai, we will also be involved in getting everything to the location on time. Our team will set it up, test it and run through a rehearsal before opening time. They will stay back, if required for trouble shooting. Our event equipment rental Dubai services will also be accompanied by a technician so if the trouble shooting requires a technical adjustment, there won’t be a scramble.
If you need a stand constructed for the trade show or exhibition, as a modular exhibition stand builder in Dubai, our team can also construct a stand according to specifications.
Our audio visual rental company in Dubai would create the right visual setup for your event. We will position and illuminate the screen correctly so it will face the audience correctly and the visuals will be visible in full clarity. We will also take care of the lighting requirements in your hall. This is because even if the LED wall may be of high resolution, if the room is not lit correctly then the effect will be lost.
As an audio visual rental company in Dubai, we will take care of your audio-visual needs. We will not only help you select the right equipment on time, but will also set it up, test it and run through a rehearsal before opening time. There will be technicians who will be assigned to your location. So along with audio visual equipment rental in Dubai services, you will have our team on standby, if required for trouble shooting.
Most AV rental companies in Dubai are simply equipment companies, that’s where we beg to different. When you order equipment from us you get the entire service and that’s what makes our audio visual rental company in Dubai unique. Being part of a larger production company also makes it easier to bring in staging, branding or signage materials for your event without any trouble.
If you’ve got an event approaching and are looking for LED wall rental for events in Dubai, now you know where to go. Let us know the venue, number of guests, and approximately what you want to demonstrate, launch or present. We can come back to you with all that you need, along with projector rental in Dubai.
